Welcome to my blog!
I began journaling as part of my therapy in recovery from a period of major depression and anxiety, that culminated in developing self harm behaviours and chronic suicidal ideation. I have also had a reemergence of a lifelong issue with disordered eating.
I am bringing together my love of writing, my insights into the world of mental health, and my experience as a wife, mother, daughter, friend, musician, teacher, and lifelong learner.
